Yes. Clean Residential Services is fully bonded and insured. Every member of our team is a background-checked W-2 employee — not a contractor — and is covered while working in your office. We can provide certificates of insurance on request for property managers.
Do you handle restrooms, breakrooms, and trash?+
Yes. Restroom sanitization, breakroom cleaning, trash removal, and floor care are all part of the standard office cleaning scope. We can also add windows, carpet care, and other specialty services on request.
Can you bill our company directly?+
Absolutely. We handle direct billing for businesses, send detailed monthly invoices, and can accommodate property management billing arrangements. Many of our office clients are on auto-pay schedules to make accounting easy on both ends.
