Online or by phone. We’ll ask a few simple questions about your home — size, frequency, any specifics that matter to you — and send back a fixed-price quote, usually the same day.

We agree on the plan.

Once you’re ready to book, we lock in your scope of work, your schedule, and any custom notes for your home. Everything goes into your file so every team member who visits is on the same page.

Your team arrives.

On the day of your service, a professionally trained team arrives with everything they need. They review your home’s file, follow the scope of work, and clean to the same standard we’d expect in our own home.

You receive a survey.

After every visit, you’ll get a brief check-in from our office. This is how we keep the standard high. If something missed the mark, we hear about it — and we come back to fix it, no hassle.
