We provide all cleaning supplies except a vacuum cleaner and toilet brush because we can't sanitize these items between homes. But don't worry—we'll treat your vacuum carefully.

A little clutter is no problem, but please remove items from the floor and clear surfaces of things we may not know where they go. That'd help us do our best work. There is no need for a pre-cleaning spree!

Let's pick a cleaning day that suits you, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, and we'll keep it consistent.

Have your credit card on file for payment, and we'll handle the charges after each clean. There is no need for cash or checks when we visit, as we only accept credit or debit cards.

To secure your first cleaning, we kindly ask for payment upfront. This guarantees your appointment, as we're reserving that time just for you. Please note that this initial payment is non-refundable because we can't offer it to anyone else when we book your slot. If something changes with your initial cleaning date, please call, and we will work with you to find another day.

In the extremely rare case that we must address unpaid invoices through legal channels, you would be responsible for the associated attorney and court fees.

While we'd love to help with every nook and cranny, we cannot move heavy furniture. This is a safety precaution for your floors and our compliance with OSHA lifting regulations.

Cleaning your blinds or mini-blinds is also off-limits. The strings dry rot in the sun and the slats become brittle and break, so we leave those alone to avoid damage. Cleaning walls and ceilings is also off-limits, as painted surfaces are unpredictable, and damage can occur quickly.

We're sticklers for safety, so we can't climb on chairs or ladders. But don't worry; our cleaners have extendable poles to reach those high-up dust spots.

We're conscious about our cleaning products—they're effective and safe for your home, family, and our team. While we can't use bleach, if you have a preferred product, we're open to using it as long as it's bleach-free.

We take great care when cleaning your home, but just so you know, we can't be responsible for items that are already broken or not secured properly. We assume all surfaces are sealed and ready for standard cleaners, but if there's an exception, just let us know so we can avoid it.

Your happiness means everything to us! If you're not completely satisfied and you notice something we've missed, please give us a call within 24 hours. We'll come back and make it right. We ensure your satisfaction by fixing oversights. Remember, it's essential to call us within those 24 hours, as daily activities and pets can alter the condition of your home.

We respect and value our trained team, and we ask that you do not hire our employees directly, as we've invested heavily in their professional development.

We're pet-friendly! There's no need to lock up your furry family members; just be aware that we're not responsible for them. Should they act aggressively, we may need to leave for safety reasons. And while we love them, we can't clean up after pets or re-clean areas they might mess up post-cleaning.

Please don't leave children unattended during our visit.

We avoid infestations (insect or rodent) and hazardous waste/conditions (human or animal waste/blood) for everyone's safety. We know we are cleaning homes in the south, and sometimes little critters invade; we aren't referring to that; we are addressing an actual infestation where LOTS of critters make the situation hazardous.

Your home must have running water and electricity for us to work our magic.
