If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can. You're reserved a special spot in our schedule, and we want to accommodate any changes you need. Just give us a call.
Please try to give us a 48-hour heads-up if you need to cancel. If the cancellation is within 48 hours, there'll be a fee of 50% of your cleaning charge. For cancellations within 24 hours, the full cleaning rate will be charged. Remember, deposits for your first cleaning are non-refundable, but we're flexible with rescheduling, even though we don't offer refunds once your date is set.
Expect a text from us 72 hours before your appointment as a friendly reminder, and we'll also email you the day before with the time window when our cleaners will arrive. Make sure to check the email you provided for this info!
